Sam Hodder-Williams

Sam Hodder-Williams is a London-based music producer, mix engineer, and multi-instrumentalist whose work sits at the intersection of indie folk and indie rock. Across his portfolio, Sam's productions have accumulated over 500,000 streams and received widespread recognition, with radio airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 5 Live, Radio X, and RTÉ Lyric FM, and praise from publications including The Line of Best Fit, Wonderland Magazine and Still Listening.

Recent highlights include producing the forthcoming album The Thread by Family Stereo, set for release on Bella Union, and creating an orchestral arrangement for Corinne Bailey Rae's "A Spell, A Prayer" for a live performance at London's Roundhouse. Additional recent work includes production and mixing on Junk's single "Compact Disc" and The Glowworms' EP W.O.D.

As a drummer, Sam also performs with Family Stereo, The Glowworms, and Patchwork. His live highlights include touring with Family Stereo in support of Jens Lekman and Bess Atwell, with performances at venues such as EartH Hackney, the Howard Assembly Rooms in Leeds, Strange Brew in Bristol, Exeter Phoenix, and the Minack Theatre, while also appearing at Kendal Calling Festival and recording a live session for Radio X.
